Customer Service Statement

This statement is written for the benefit of both clients and employees. It outlines the expectations that Drucks Inc. promises to deliver. Drucks Inc. aims to reach the highest standards possible in all daily interactions with our clients.

To that end, we commit to the following:

Office Operations:

  • Acknowledge all calls within 4 hours with resolution in 24 hours.
  • Acknowledge all appointments 24 hours in advance.
  • Address client job-related issues immediately.
  • Follow-up with client on conclusion of job within 48 hours from completion.
  • Submit client satisfaction survey within 1 week of completion.
  • Follow-up on all proposals
    A). Immediately after sending to acknowledge receipt
    B). 1 week later
    C). 1 month later

Field Operations:

  • Keep client informed of operations that will impact their abilities to perform their job functions.
  • Maintain the most unobtrusive presence as possible.
  • Provide a can-do attitude.
  • Work as a team with all trades.
